Yes, on eligible orders. At checkout choose Shop Pay, then Shop Pay Installments: the plans available for your order, any interest and the payment schedule are shown before you confirm.

Yes, until your piece is dispatched. Write to us on WhatsApp or at support@joydiamondjewelry.com to change the size, gold color or delivery address.

Import duties are not included in the product price. For orders to the United States they are calculated at checkout and shown as a separate line before you pay; we pay them to customs for you, so nothing more is due on delivery. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Every piece ships with a Joy certificate issued by our atelier. Diamonds of 0.50 ct and above also come with an independent laboratory report: HRD or GIA for natural diamonds, IGI for lab-grown diamonds. You can check a report number on the laboratory's own website.

Yes. On our Design Your Own Solitaire pages you choose the shape, the stone (carat, color and clarity), the report (HRD or GIA), the karat and the gold color. The price updates as you choose, and you can see how the diamond looks on the hand at the carat you pick.

Both are diamonds, chemically and optically. A natural diamond formed deep in the earth billions of years ago; a lab-grown diamond has the same structure and is grown in a controlled environment. Lab-grown diamonds are always named as such on our site, come with an IGI report and have their own collection. Our Diamond Guide explains more.

Our rose-cut diamond pieces are inspired by the Ottoman jewelry tradition: a flat-backed cut with a dome of small facets that gives a soft, warm glow.

Every piece is finished by hand in our atelier, so its gold weight can differ by up to about 10% from the figure on the product page. The karat is exact, the price is for the finished piece, and the stones are as stated on their certificate.

Yes. Send us a photo of the design you like on WhatsApp or through our Custom Design page, and we will make it with the carat, stone and gold color you choose.

Use the on-screen sizer on our Ring Size Guide page or the size guide on each product page. If you are not sure, choose "I Don't Know My Size" and we will contact you after your order.

Most of our rings can be resized at our atelier for a fee, which we quote before any work begins; you cover insured shipping to and from the atelier. Eternity (full-band) rings cannot be resized; for these we quote a new piece in your size. See our Terms of Service for details.

Each piece is finished in our Istanbul atelier and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (tennis bracelets within 2 to 5). Delivery to the United States by insured express courier usually takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Orders of $500 or more ship free. Below $500, insured express shipping is $20 for orders under $100 and $85 for orders from $100 to $499.99. Every parcel is fully insured and needs a signature on delivery.

Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the delivery address and add your message with "Add a Gift Note" in your bag. The piece arrives in its Joy gift box.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with its certificate and box. Engraved, resized and other personalized pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind. For a change-of-mind return we deduct the shipping both ways and the import duties; an exchange deducts only the return label. See Returns & Refunds for details.

Yes. For as long as you own your Joy piece, our atelier cleans, polishes and checks its stones free of charge; you cover insured shipping.

Yes. Our atelier is in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar: Alemdar Mah. Hoca Rüstem Mektebi Sk. Ömer Akın İş Hanı No:4/401, Fatih, Istanbul, Türkiye. We welcome visitors Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm (Istanbul time); write to us to arrange your visit.

We are the same atelier and the same pieces. Orders delivered in Türkiye are sold by our partner store Joy Pırlanta at joypirlanta.com, a separate business, under its own terms. Joy Diamond Jewelry is a trading name of Guild 79 LLC and serves customers outside Türkiye.
