Making time and price depend on the stone, the gold and the details of the design. Once the design is settled we send you a written quote; we never start making a piece without your approval.
Returns
Custom pieces are made to your design, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. That is why we confirm every detail with you in writing before making begins. If anything is wrong with your piece, we repair, replace or refund it.
