Our limited warranty
Guild 79 LLC, trading as Joy Diamond Jewelry, warrants to the original purchaser that each piece is free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.
What is covered
- structural failure of settings, prongs, clasps or solder joints under normal wear;
- a stone that comes loose or falls out because of a setting defect;
- gold that does not meet its stated fineness.
What is not covered
- damage from accidents, impact, misuse, chemicals or alterations made by anyone other than our atelier;
- normal wear of finishes, such as scratches or the gradual wearing of rhodium plating on white gold;
- loss or theft.
Pieces outside the warranty can still be repaired under our lifetime service (see our Terms of Service).
What we will do
If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will repair the piece or, if it cannot be repaired, replace it with the same or an equivalent piece, or refund the price you paid. We cover insured shipping in both directions and any import charges for warranty claims.
How to make a claim
Email support@joydiamondjewelry.com with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs. We reply within one business day with next steps and an insured shipping label.
Your other rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state and country to country. It is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under consumer law.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
