Shipping policy

Dispatch
Each piece is finished in our Istanbul atelier for your order and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Türkiye). A few designs, such as tennis bracelets, take up to 5 business days; the product page shows the estimated dispatch date for the piece and options you choose. We email you the tracking number when the piece leaves the atelier.
Delivery
We ship every piece by insured express courier (such as DHL Express, FedEx or UPS), with signature on delivery. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch; customs inspections can occasionally add time.
If we cannot dispatch your order within the time we stated, we email you a revised date before that time passes, and you may cancel for a full refund instead.
If you or someone at your address asks the courier to release the parcel without a signature, or to redirect it, that release counts as delivery.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States. Orders delivered in Türkiye are sold by our partner store Joy Pırlanta at joypirlanta.com. More countries will be listed here as we open them; for other destinations, write to support@joydiamondjewelry.com.
Shipping costs, duties and taxes
Orders of $500 or more ship free. Below $500, insured express shipping is $20 for orders under $100 and $85 for orders from $100 to $499.99. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
For the United States, import duties are calculated at checkout and shown as a separate line before you pay. We ship duties paid: we pay those duties to customs for you, so the courier will not ask you for anything on delivery. If a courier does ask you to pay, contact us before paying and we will resolve it. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Country of origin and customs
Our pieces are made in Istanbul, Türkiye. On the customs declaration and on the piece, the country of origin is shown as TURKEY, and the declared value is the price of the piece. The seller of record is Guild 79 LLC.
Insurance and lost parcels
Every shipment is fully insured until delivery. If a parcel is marked delivered but has not reached you, tell us within 7 days; we open a courier investigation, and if the parcel is confirmed lost we replace the piece or refund you in full.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we contact you to confirm it; the second shipment is at your cost.
PO boxes
We do not ship to PO boxes, mail-forwarding services or parcel lockers, because the courier needs a signature at a residential or business address.
Sanctions
We do not ship to destinations or persons restricted under United States sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
